All bookings with Eureka Tourism must be fully paid in advance. A confirmation message will be sent via email or WhatsApp after successful payment.

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or in case of no-show are non-refundable.
Tour Modifications
Eureka Tourism reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the safari in case of bad weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a refund or an alternative date.
