1. Free Cancellation

  • Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour and receive a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.

  • This includes no-shows on the day of the tour.

3. Tour Rescheduling

  • If a tour is rescheduled due to weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen events, guests can choose to:

    1. Reschedule to a different date (subject to availability)

    2. Receive a full refund

  • Eureka Tourism will notify guests as early as possible about any schedule changes.

4. Refund for Optional Add-Ons

  • Optional activities such as quad biking, dune buggies, falcon photography, or VIP seating are non-refundable if the guest has participated.

  • If these add-ons are cancelled by Eureka Tourism before the tour, a full refund will be issued for the add-on cost.

5. Payment Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed via the same method used for payment (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash).

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Guests will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

6. Special Circumstances

  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at the discretion of Eureka Tourism management, such as medical emergencies or government-mandated restrictions.

  • Supporting documentation may be required for such requests.
