1. Free Cancellation

Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour and receive a full refund.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.

This includes no-shows on the day of the tour.
3. Tour Rescheduling

If a tour is rescheduled due to weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen events, guests can choose to:

Eureka Tourism will notify guests as early as possible about any schedule changes.
4. Refund for Optional Add-Ons

Optional activities such as quad biking, dune buggies, falcon photography, or VIP seating are non-refundable if the guest has participated.

If these add-ons are cancelled by Eureka Tourism before the tour, a full refund will be issued for the add-on cost.
5. Payment Refund Process

Refunds are processed via the same method used for payment (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash).

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Guests will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
6. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at the discretion of Eureka Tourism management, such as medical emergencies or government-mandated restrictions.
