1. Booking & Pickup

Booking is required for all tours and activities.

Pickup is provided from hotels or residences in Dubai and Sharjah.

All transfers are shared, unless a private transfer is specifically booked.

Guests must be ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid delays.
2. Health & Safety

Tours are not suitable for:

Pregnant women

Individuals with heart or back problems

Children under 3 years

All guests must follow the safety instructions given by the guide or driver.

Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the activity without refund.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.

No refund for:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour

No-shows on the day of the activity

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
4. Weather & Operational Delays

Tours may be rescheduled or delayed due to weather conditions, government guidelines, or operational issues.

The itinerary may change depending on desert or venue conditions.

If a tour is cancelled by Eureka Tourism due to unforeseen circumstances, guests may receive a full refund or opt for a rebooking.
5. Payments

We accept cash, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and online payments.

Some tours may require full payment at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
6. Liability

Eureka Tourism is not responsible for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow safety instructions

We are responsible only for loss or injury directly caused by our team or service providers.
7. Add-Ons & Optional Activities

Activities such as quad biking, dune buggies, VIP seating, and falcon photography are optional and come with additional charges.

These activities are conducted at guests’ own risk, and third-party operators may apply their own rules.
8. General Terms

Guests must ensure all provided information (names, dates, pickup location) is accurate.

Illegal substances, weapons, and inappropriate behaviour are strictly prohibited.

Eureka Tourism reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.
