Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours or in case of no-shows.
Private/bespoke tours may have stricter cancellation terms based on vehicle type and exclusivity.
Rescheduling
Allowed up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Last-minute changes may not be possible for premium or private packages.
Tour Modifications & Weather
57 Safari reserves the right to cancel, delay, or adjust the itinerary due to bad weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, or government restrictions.
In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or may reschedule.
