Age Requirement: Minimum age to drive a quad bike is 16 years.

License: No driving license is required for quad biking.

Safety Gear: Helmets and goggles must be worn. Follow all guide instructions.

Health Restrictions: Not suitable for pregnant women or guests with back, neck, or heart conditions.

Children: Under 16 can ride as passengers (if available) but cannot drive.

Reckless Driving: Dangerous behavior will lead to tour cancellation without refund.

Liability: Participants must sign a waiver form before riding.

Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

Weather: Tours may be rescheduled in case of bad weather or safety concerns.

Personal Belongings: Eureka Tourism is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Media Use: Photos/videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.
