Arrive at the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Centre for Cultural Understanding and present your booking confirmation at reception.

Board the traditional Heritage Express trolley and begin your journey through Old Dubai.
Your Emirati Cultural Ambassador will accompany the tour and share stories about Dubai's history, heritage, traditions, and transformation.
Discover the historic Al Fahidi Neighborhood, one of the key heritage areas of Old Dubai.
The tour provides an opportunity to learn about traditional architecture, local communities, and the way people lived in Dubai before its modern development.
Pass by the historic Al Fahidi Fort and learn about its importance in Dubai's heritage.
Pass by Dubai Creek and the traditional abra area, which played an important role in Dubai's historic trade and transportation.
Continue through the historic Al Shindagha area and discover another important part of Dubai's heritage.
Pass by Union House and the Etihad Museum area and learn about the UAE's formation and national history.
Hop off at Jumeirah Mosque Majlis and explore the area.
Enjoy free admission to the Once Upon a Time Museum and access to the gift and souvenir shop.
Depending on the scheduled experience timing, enjoy the Emirati cultural buffet before or after the Heritage Express tour.
The buffet is served inside a renovated traditional house in the Al Fahidi Neighborhood.

It is a cultural experience combining a Heritage Express trolley tour of Old Dubai, Emirati cultural storytelling, traditional hospitality, an Emirati buffet, and an interactive cultural Q&A session.
The Heritage Express tour is led by an Emirati Cultural Ambassador. The experience is conducted primarily in English, and the ambassadors are native Arabic speakers.
The experience includes views of Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood, Al Fahidi Fort, Dubai Abra, Al Shindagha, Union House/Etihad Museum area, and Jumeirah Mosque Majlis.
Yes. There are two designated hop-off stations: Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood and Jumeirah Mosque Majlis.
