Booking & Payment
All bookings with Eureka Tourism must be fully paid in advance. A confirmation message will be sent via email or WhatsApp after successful payment.

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or in case of no-show are non-refundable.
Tour Modifications
Eureka Tourism reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the safari in case of bad weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a refund or an alternative date.
Health & Safety Advisory
This tour includes camel riding and dune travel, which may not be suitable for pregnant women, or individuals with back, neck, or heart conditions. Participation is at the guest’s own risk.
