7. Eligibility and Refunds: Participants who fail to meet any of the operator's eligibility, health, weight, BMI, age, or safety requirements will not be permitted to jump. The booking payment may be forfeited in accordance with the operator's policy.
8. Payment Validity: Payments remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date. If a booking is rescheduled beyond the payment validity period, an additional payment may be required upon arrival, subject to the operator's terms.
9. Weather and Operational Cancellations: The operator reserves the right to cancel or suspend skydiving operations due to unfavorable weather or circumstances beyond its control. Rescheduling or other arrangements will be subject to the operator's applicable policy.
10. Duration of Visit: Customers should allow approximately three to four hours at the skydiving location, from scheduled check-in until completion of the experience. Actual waiting and completion times may vary depending on weather and operational conditions.
