Tour Plan

Eureka Tips:

Best time to visit: Arrive when the park opens around 09:00 AM to beat the crowds and avoid midday heat

Ticket upgrade: If your budget allows, consider adding the “Safari Journey” or bus-tour option—it gives you access to parts of Explorer Village that the basic walking ticket may not include. (As some guests note: “Make sure you don’t take the basic ticket… you’ll miss half the zoo.”)

Transport tip: Coming from Dubai? A taxi/RTA ride will be the simplest. Alternatively, you can take bus F10 from Rashidiya Metro Station.

What to wear: Comfortable shoes, sun-hat, sunglasses, and light clothing. Some zones are outdoor and involve walking.

  • Food strategy: Pack some snacks or plan for restaurants inside the park. Since outside food is not permitted, you’ll want to budget for meals inside.

  • Kids & photo time: Visit the Kids Farm zone for younger children. For photo-moments with more exotic animals and fewer crowds, hit Explorer Village early.

  • Skip congestion: Mid-morning after 11:00 often sees more visitors—aim for early morning or later afternoon for a more relaxed experience.

  • Hydration & shade: The UAE heat can be intense; keep water with you (purchased inside), take breaks in shaded zones or Al Wadi relaxation areas.
