Supervision: All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while inside the facility.
Admission: Tickets are valid for single entry and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Re-entry is not permitted.
Age Restrictions: OliOli® is designed for children aged 2 to 11. Some galleries may have specific age or height requirements for safety reasons.
Safety First: Guests must follow all safety instructions given by OliOli® staff. Running, climbing (except where designed), or rough play is not allowed.
Footwear & Clothing: Shoes must be removed before entering certain galleries. Socks are required in specific areas for hygiene and safety.
Personal Belongings: OliOli® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please use lockers for safekeeping.
Outside Food & Beverages: Not permitted inside the museum, except baby food and water bottles. A café is available on-site.
Photography: Personal photography is allowed. However, commercial photography and videography require prior approval from management.
Health & Conduct: Guests who appear to be sick or exhibit inappropriate behavior may be denied entry or asked to leave.
